Terms and conditions for ACQUA Window Cleaning

1 Your first clean
Your first clean will take longer than normal but we do not charge to cover the additional time taken, expect our customers to be honest and if they only require a one off to please inform us via email or phone.

2 What can I expect
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, if you have builder’s residue (e.g., plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, pure water will not be effective at removing these, please notify us if you want a quotation to remove. 3 How often will we visit We offer the choice of every 4, 6 or 8 weekly visits. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to rain and other factors of a week either side of the time due.

4 Weather
Our pure water system work in well, therefore weather conditions is not an acceptable reason from postponing our services. We offer an all-year-round regular service; we will clean your property in all weather conditions including light rain/ showers and low temperature. High winds, heavy rains, deep snow and freezing temperatures do affect our services.

5 Cancelation
If you wish to cancel our services, please provide at least 24 notice, via email or text before the next scheduled date. ACQUA Window Cleaning sends a SMS text message the evening before the day of cleaning to remind you to unlock your gates and close your windows/vents, for the day, any cancelation on the spot will heart us a business, and is late for us to replace your clean with another client.

6 Ending our services
If you wish to cancel our services for any reasons you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone on 07850688013 or by email to info@acquawindowcleaning.com.

7 Complaints
ACQUA Window Cleaning will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy; we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge 8 Right to refuse work ACQUA Window Cleaning reserve the right to refuse certain work/jobs even if we taken the payment in advance from your service to be carried out, if the working conditions are unsafe and are not compliant with the UK Health and Safety laws. If we refuse the work/job on sight a full refund will be paid.

9 Confidentiality
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information, or disclose this information to third parties unless we have your permission, or if we are required to do so by law. Any personal information that you send us will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality; our privacy guidelines comply with European laws. Any personal information we gather through our online forms is stored securely.

10 Payments
Customers joining our 4, 6 or 8 weekly rounds are required to pay via our payment systems. We require payment within 3 to 5 days of the cleaning date. To guarantee this we can open a direct debit or bank transfer may be possible. Cash is accepted on the day of the clean, either pay in person or leave the cash in pre-arranged safe place. No cheques are accepted. We do not offer any form of credit. Go-cardless – Direct debit after each clean is completed, payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean
